If company do not have skillful and experience employees, company can not meets it’s objectives. In light of that, Human resource market have been formed as same as for other resources. basically, Human resource market function adhering the supply and demand correlation.
Owing to dramatic development and competition of human
capitol incentive business world , there is a growing demand for skillful and
talented personalities. Every business organization is competing to induct best talented personalities and they have plane to train & develop skillful individuals in line with it’s long term strategic business
plane.

Human resource planning
Human resource planning is a managerial function which is done by HR manger or department in order to ensure the availability of appropriate Human resources in line with company long and short term objectives and business activity, and it is a process that consist of identifying and forecasting of current and future human resource requirement so that company can meet it ‘s objectives as earmarked. Hence, Human resource Planning should serve as a link between human resource management and the overall strategic plane of organization.

Similar to financial planning or production
planning , Human resources planning is crucial. perhaps it is more critical
than the other resources planning depending on the type of company and relevant
domain’ s availability of appropriate Human resource. It is similarly contributes
to preserve organisation objectives as same as Financial planning or supply
chain planning.
Every organisation have many objectives, such as diversification of production, expanding, surviving etc. It depending on the organisation. Then, organisation have a strategic plane to achieve those objectives. Next, Company needs apt human resources at right time in required Quantity in order to drive it’s business in accordance with it’s strategic plane.
However, owing to competition between business
organisation to acquire talent individuals, There is a human resource scarcity
in market as same as other resources. On the other hand, human resources are
diverse and inducting process is rather complex and longer. And also it take a extent
of time duration to develop Human resource at required standard and skilled
level.
Hence , without a plane, company can not supply
right employee at right time by Required Quantity. Then, it cause to under
mine it's strategic plane and on going business activity owing to shortage of
appropriate human resource.

Assume company, Leys name it as ‘ X', The X
company do super market as their business activity they have a network of Supermarkets that have
spread around county.
Now organization have a objectives to double
it’s number of Supermarkets with in four years. In light of that, Company X
have a strategic plan to achieve it’s objectives. Then, company HR department have
to act accordingly in order to Augment its work force so that strategic plane work
according to plane.
If HR department don’t have a plane, they can
not supply employees accordingly. Which in turn lead to fail strategic plane causing
to worthless other resources such as finance etc, that have incurred for it’s objective.
Hence, Human Resources Plane is critical to achieve desired objectives.
Process of Human Resource Planning
The process of Human resource planning is rather
resemble to other planning processes such as financial planning, production
planning or supply chain planning etc. Then, it is technically rather difficult
activity demanding higher level of analytical, critical thinking skills, creativity
and comprehensive knowledge about working procedures and standards of each Job
role, and more importantly it have to be understood the scope and scale of business
activity or intended strategic plane.
Basically HR planning process can be broken in to
three phases
Understanding
company objectives and screening Business activities and strategic plane
Forecasting of future and current Human resource
requirement

demand for talented individuals in business world, company must have a plane to attract, trained, deploy and rewarded
Human resources in order to meet organization objectives. The HR plane have to

resource planning process consist screening and forecasting, moreover HR plane
have to be accompanied by a action plane that shows the pipeline of Human
resource supply.
