Comments

  1. Increases the amount and variety of responsibilities assigned to a position through job enlargement. The danger in the workplace is that, despite increasing efficiency for the company, employees do not experience increased job satisfaction as their workload increases. Instead, they may face an overwhelming workload, a lack of clarity about how their performance is assessed, and requests to complete duties that are not part of their job description.
